Job Description

OSHA 30 Required | Immediate Hire | 4–5 Month Project

$24.00 – $28.00/hr (Prevailing Wage) + Completion Bonus

Klēn Space is hiring three high-level Working Site Supervisors for our post-construction cleaning operations at JFK Terminal 6.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility airport project requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage crews in a secure environment.

If you are a hands-on leader who knows how to run a jobsite — we want to speak with you immediately.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise and lead crews of up to 12 employees
  • Serve as a working supervisor (not a desk position)
  • Oversee glass cleaning, interior/exterior final cleaning
  • Coordinate elevated work using lifts and fall protection systems
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and jobsite safety
  • Track attendance, productivity, and quality control
  • Communicate directly with project management


This is an airport project — professionalism and discipline are non-negotiable.

Project Details

Location: JFK Airport – Queens, NY
Duration: 4–5 Months
Shifts: Days, nights, weekends (schedule will vary)
Hours: 20–40 per week (overtime possible)

Compensation

  • $24.00 – $28.00 per hour (Prevailing Wage)
  • Completion Bonus Available
  • Possible future opportunities beyond this project

    Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • OSHA 30 Construction Certification (valid)
  • Must be eligible for Port Authority / SIDA airport badging
  • Experience supervising field crews
  • Comfortable working at heights and on lifts
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible shifts


Strongly Preferred

  • Post-construction cleaning supervision experience
  • Glass cleaning knowledge
  • Experience in airports, transit, or high-security environments
  • Experience working as a hands-on lead
