What You’ll Do

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs/behavior technicians remotely

• Review data, adjust programming, and ensure client progress

• Partner with families and caregivers to support outcomes

• Maintain compliance, timely documentation

What You Must Have (Non-Negotiables)

• Active BCBA certification

• Fluent Arabic (required)

• Active New York LBA

• Affiliation with New York Medicaid

• Ability to provide services during after-school/evening/weekend hours
