What You’ll Do
Conduct FBAs and create individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise RBTs/behavior technicians remotely
Review data, adjust programming, and ensure client progress
Partner with families and caregivers to support outcomes
Maintain compliance, timely documentation
What You Must Have (Non-Negotiables)
Active BCBA certification
Fluent Arabic (required)
Active New York LBA
Affiliation with New York Medicaid
Ability to provide services during after-school/evening/weekend hours
