Founded in 2007 by Dr. Matthew Schocket, CPIhealth has grown into a leader in interventional pain management with clinics and accredited ambulatory surgical centers across the United States. CPIhealth is seeking board-certified Interventional Pain Management physicians specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and/or Anesthesia,  who have completed or are nearing completion of a Pain Fellowship to join our dynamic team in several key markets.  The ideal candidate will be skilled in a wide range of interventional procedures and committed to delivering evidence-based, patient care and that is also driven to grow their practice and contribute to CPIhealth's mission of expanding our growing national footprint.  

We offer a comprehensive training program that equips physicians with the essential skills to manage chronic pain effectively. This includes assessing pain symptoms and creating customized, multidisciplinary treatment plans tailored to each patient. Providers engage in hands-on training with fluoroscopically guided cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral procedures, such as epidurals, medial branch blocks/neurotomy, discography, spinal cord stimulation, and radiofrequency ablation. By emphasizing these advanced interventional techniques, we empower our providers to minimize the use of pain medications while delivering exceptional care in a private practice setting.

1. Currently enrolled in or has completed an ACGME-accredited Fellowship in Pain Management.
2. Experience in Pain Management.
3. Ability to develop and implement a treatment plan to relieve, reduce or manage pain and help patients return to everyday activities.
4. Skilled in fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided techniques.
5. Must be ABA Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesia or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
6. Must be ABA Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Pain Management.
7. Must have an active or processing State Licensure for state of employment.
8. Desire to serve patients and be self-motivated while exhibiting sound judgment, intellectual honesty, appropriate interpersonal skills and the capacity to react to emergencies in a calm and reasoned manner.
9. Excellent bedside manner, emotional stability, and the ability to make decisions in emergencies.
10. Ability to work independently, meet internal and external deadlines and produce a consistently high-quality product.
