Part Time - Admissions and Records Assistant
The Blinn College District is searching for a Part Time - Admissions and Records Assistant at our Bryan Campus.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities are listed below:
Job Summary Monitors and processes various admissions forms received through Dynamic Forms including but not limited to Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Records, Campus Change Requests, FERPA Releases, etc. Aids in the processing of various admissions reports. Aids in the scanning and indexing of admissions documents received via email, email, or in-person. Performs other duties or related tasks as assigned.
The Admissions and Records Office provides services to students, faculty, parents, and other offices within the college to enhance general admissions knowledge and registration awareness. This particular position would help admissions staff with the processing of required admissions documents, and provide customer service during peak times.
Principal Accountabilities
Minimum Qualifications/ Required Degree, License or Certifications High school diploma or GED Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work well with others. Experience with Ellucian Banner Experience with data entry. Maximum 19 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
