Era Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to become the newest member of our Maintenance Team located in our University House Wallingford Community, Seattle, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Tuesday - Saturday, 07:30am - 04:00pm, candidate needs to be flexible based on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician will perform building facility maintenance. This role assists the Maintenance Team in maintaining the facility, including routine plumbing, painting, lighting, electrical, light carpentry, appliance repair and preventative maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday
- Possess valid WA Driver’s License
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or GED certificate
- One year technical school training or experience
