The Early Careers Coordinator will support with the logistics and coordination for recruiting university students into entry-level roles at Aurora, specifically in our Oxford and EMEA offices (currently Berlin, Stockholm, Athens, Madrid, Poland, & Paris). Working in the central People & Culture (P&C) function, the individual will help to deliver attraction, selection, and recruitment strategies for graduate and intern hiring, including managing marketing campaigns, campus events, university relationships, and attending relevant attraction events. Beyond recruitment and assessment, the individual will support aspects of graduate training, induction and ramp off.

Key Responsibilities
Brand
- Works with the Early Careers team, and wider TA team to agree on the university attraction, brand, and communication strategy that positions Aurora as a leading employer of choice for students
- Owns relationships with key external suppliers and ensures marketing content on candidate attraction channels is up to date
- Organisation of, and attendance at, virtual and in-person events throughout the year including careers fairs, webinars, and Aurora insights days
Selection
- Support for the quality of the graduate and intern selection process to ensure the selection process is efficient objective, and inclusive
- Organisation of the logistics for interviews and assessment centres
- Supporting the team post-interview by drafting offer letters, managing candidate communications and queries
- Supporting with the organisation and management of graduate onboarding across EMEA
Graduate Programme Management
- Being a key point of contact for queries regarding Aurora Graduate Programmes and Analyst Opportunities.
- Reporting on graduate data to contribute to planning and strategy.
Other
- Supporting other offices globally with Early Careers logistics and coordination during peak times
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required attributes:
- A keen interest in the early careers market and Higher Education
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people across our European offices (students, graduates, academic departments, business stakeholders)
- Curious and passionate about innovation. Not afraid to experiment and learn from mistakes

- Analytical approach with experience reporting data
Desirable attributes:
- Additional European language skills are welcome (particularly German, Polish and/or Dutch speakers)
- Proven experience working on volume graduate and intern recruitment, ideally within the professional services sector
- Proven experience in building strong university relationships in the UK
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition
