Description

Responsible for the following:

- Fielding all inbound calls from technicians about job materials needed

- Coordinating the delivery of products needed for jobs from warehouse stock to techs

- Working with Warehouse Manager on daily HVAC and Plumbing Installs

- Managing warehouse stock and reporting to Warehouse Manager on status of large warehouse orders

- Calling local supply vendors to coordinate parts orders as needed

- Pulling and tagging applicable materials needed to complete jobs

- Returning/restocking unused job parts as needed

- Maintaining a clean and stocked warehouse

- Managing logistics for onsite and job-site daily deliveries

- Coordinating with the Warehouse Manager on special orders

- Delivering parts to jobs as needed

- Consistently delivering 5-star service every day

Requirements

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a criminal/reference check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Valid driver’s license (with a clean driving history)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
