Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales of surgical products to end-users within the ophthalmology sector.
  • Leverage an existing network of eye care professionals to grow sales and market presence.
  • Develop strong relationships with specialized surgeons to expand regional business.
  • Focus on a single-product line strategy, with clear targets and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in ophthalmic sales, particularly with surgical ophthalmologists and operating room exposure.
  • Familiarity with channel management and navigating complex medical environments.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to new technologies.
