Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Laborer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Janitorial Duties:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing common areas, restrooms, and breakrooms.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.

Floor Maintenance:
- Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, buffers, and carpet cleaners.
- Perform routine floor maintenance, including waxing and polishing.

Facility Maintenance Support:
- Assist in basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement, minor plumbing repairs, and other general facility upkeep.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

Supply Management:
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries in restrooms and common areas.
- Keep an organized inventory of cleaning materials and report when replenishment is needed.

Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the Facilities Manager.
