INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Branch Manager-Fertilizer Production at the IFA Fertilizer blending and bagging Plant in Payson, Utah.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing the staffing and operations of a blending and bagging plant. Including production, packaging, ratio calculations, maintenance, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
• Establish short and long-term strategic operating objectives that drive operational efficiency.
• Develop operating budgets, capital plans, and cash flow budgets that support company initiatives.
• Ensure company safety programs are established and goals are met
• Assist Sales and Marketing in new product development and promotional strategies.
• Track and improve key performance areas such as safety, quality, financial, and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience managing a production facility with familiarity with IFA's production processes
• 2–3-year experience in Inventory management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, and SAP preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for leading people.
• Personal drive and focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, operate forklift, front-end loader, move van trailers into and out of docks for loading and unloading.
