WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist Supervisor to achieve planned per hour throughput, cost per unit, level of service and accuracy standards throughout the shift/schedule.
- Lead assigned functional areas to ensure all Key Performance metrics are achieved; follow daily plan, monitor results, and assist where necessary to achieve daily goals.
- Assist Supervisor to delegate tasks, train and monitor associate performance to meet/exceed productivity, accuracy, quality, safety, and attendance goals with 100% SOP compliance.
- Team Lead will be responsible for hitting their own personal productivity goals.
- Optimize department operations by providing feedback to Supervisor regarding labor capacity and workload leveling.
- Support, create and maintain a culture of consistency, fairness & inclusiveness for associates.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- 0-1 year of leadership service experience
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- PC Skills preferred
- Ability to be flexible with schedule rotation based on business needs
- Ability to perform all job tasks within department assigned
