Job Description

Facilities Technician (EPDII)

Ingrasys Technology USA, Inc

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general maintenance repairs and tasks including:
    • Perform routine inspections and repairs of building systems (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc). 
    • Coordinate minor repairs and liaise with external contractors and service providers.
    • Monitor facility equipment and report issues promptly.
    • Maintain safety equipment (fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, emergency lighting).
    • Assist in tracking service contracts and vendor documentation.
    • Assist with office moves, workstation setups, and furniture assembly.
    • Monitor inventory of facility supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Support the continued improvement of facility operations by proactively identifying opportunities for enhancing system performance and reliability. 
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong commitment to deadlines and production objectives.
Job Type: Contract to Full-Time
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Work Location: San Jose, CA (on-site daily)
