Customer Care Specialist (Part-Time) � Wauseon, OH
For 80 years, Clearwater Systems has helped families enjoy better water in their homes. We�re looking for a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our Wauseon team and play a key role in delivering a consistently great customer experience.
This is a customer-facing position where your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and create a positive interaction really matters. You�ll support both local customers and others across our network, working as part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.
What you�ll do:
  • Assist customers in our retail location
  • Schedule service and deliveries
  • Manage basic register transactions
  • Keep the store organized and running smoothly
  • Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every customer
What we�re looking for:
  • Friendly and professional communication style
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort balancing multiple tasks in a small-team environment
  • A genuine interest in helping customers
Store Hours/Schedule:
  • Thursdays and Fridays, 9:00 AM � 4:30 PM
  • First Saturday of each month, 9:00 AM � 1:00 PM
  • Occasional coverage for W. Unity office
