Lift Solutions provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions, including OSHA compliance inspections, crane equipment, aftermarket services, and parts for overhead cranes, rigging, and lifting equipment. We are committed to driving progress, efficiency, and safety in every project we undertake. Lift Solutions is looking for an Install Technician to join our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities

� Layout/manufacturing of electric overhead bridge cranes

� Perform welding tasks on various materials, such as steel, aluminum, and other metals, using various welding processes (GMAW, SAW, FCAW,) to meet precise quality standards.

� Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate custom parts and assemblies for overhead cranes, lifting equipment, and other industrial applications.

� Assemble fabricated components into final products, ensuring structural integrity and alignment.

� Inspect and test welds and finished products to ensure adherence to safety standards, specifications, and quality control requirements.

� Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fabrication equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

� Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working in a fabrication shop or on-site to ensure a safe work environment.

� Troubleshoot fabrication issues and identify solutions to maintain workflow and quality.

Education & Qualifications

� High school diploma or GED preferred.

� Ability to read and interpret blueprints for layout, cut, and various metal shapes and sizes

� Proven experience as a welder and fabricator in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

� Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metalworking processes, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

� Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow OSHA guidelines.

� Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices.

� Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

� Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.

� Driver�s License, required.
