Position Purpose

The Kids Company & Wrap-Around Care Site Leader provides leadership and oversight of the Kids Company and Wrap-Around Care programs at the Albany Area Early Learning Center. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and administering all daily activities for Kids Company and Wrap-Around Care and works collaboratively with the Coordinator and Program Leaders on overall site planning and program logistics.

Essential Functions

• Provide a well-organized and smooth functioning Kids Company and Wrap-Around Care program at the Albany Area Early Learning Center.
• Plan and coordinate developmentally appropriate activities.
• Oversee and direct Kids Company and Wrap-Around Care program staff.
• Work collaboratively with Program Leaders on overall site planning and program logistics. 
• Assist Kids Company Coordinator with overall program planning at sites. 
• Maintain necessary records, including important student information and registration materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

Uses standard office equipment such as personal computer, copy machine, and telephone.

Qualifications Profile

• Experience working with youth in a supervisory capacity required. 
• Associate’s Degree in education or related field preferred.
