About the Opportunity

A growing national advisory firm is expanding its Transaction Advisory Services practice in Dallas and seeking a Manager to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients, strategic acquirers, and portfolio companies. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to Senior Manager and Director.

What You'll Do

  • Lead financial due diligence engagements from scoping through delivery, managing a team of associates and senior associates

  • Analyze quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and debt-like items on M&A transactions ranging from $20M to $500M+ in enterprise value

  • Identify financial and business risks and communicate findings to PE sponsors and C-suite stakeholders

  • Build and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development and proposal efforts

  • Mentor and develop junior team members

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in financial due diligence, TAS, or audit at a Big 4, national, or top regional accounting firm

  • CPA required (or actively pursuing)

  • Direct M&A transaction experience, including quality of earnings work

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you can tell the story behind the numbers

  • Experience in any of the following industries is a plus: energy, real estate, technology, healthcare, or manufacturing
