What You’ll Do:
- Be the primary point of contact for both sales reps and customers, ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle, including verifying, confirming with vendors, processing changes, tracking, and handling claims.
- Use our order management system (Prelude) and B2B website to execute transactions and ensure order integrity.
- Keep customers, vendors, and sales teams informed with timely updates and solutions.
- Offer ideas for process improvements and provide feedback to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support team members and participate in special projects to improve our operations.
- Adapt to changing needs and deadlines, especially during peak seasons.
- Provide backup support to teammates during peak season and vacations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years’ Previous experience in customer service
- A passion for horticulture and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with order management systems or B2B platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.
- Highly Organized, self-motivated, and ready to hustle!
- Looking for an individual with a keen eye for accuracy and detail

The salary for this role will be determined based on various factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is between 19-20/hr. and may be adjusted in the future. In addition, this position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, disability, life, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
