ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

Greet owners and guest arriving and departing the VIP Club Lounge.   Facilitate the overall guest experience at check-in.  Support the Club Lounge Hosts, during the check-in process, by providing additional time and attention to owners requiring assistance with room assignments or additional information.

Handle complex technical tasks to include processing room changes, inventory moves, folio adjustments, and create and issue room keys.  Review and print reports needed to complete daily assignments. 

Assist Club Lounge Host with guest inquiries. Recognizes and initiates solutions to any concerns to the owners’ and guests’ satisfaction.

Responsible for stocking guest collateral, food & beverage provided to guest.  Ensure cleanliness in the Club Lounge in all guest facing areas.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED preferred. 
• Customer services and/or hospitality experience required.
