Schedule: In-Office
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 1:00 PM - 6:15 PM.
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM (earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays!)
Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Alexandria Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
- Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
- Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
- Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75 per hour
- Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr
- Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week
