We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our family dental practice in Red Hook, NY. Position Details:

Location - Red Hook Family Dental

Address - 84 W Market St, Red Hook, NY 12571

Salary - $40-$45/hr

Full time - 8:30am - 5pm Monday through Thursday

Requirements:

� Active Dental Hygiene license (req.)

� Associate degree or higher (req.)

As a Dental Hygienist, you will be providing our diverse community with important dental care, such as:

� Checking gums and teeth for oral abnormalities

� Taking and developing dental x-rays

� Educating patients on oral hygiene

� Developing care plans for maintaining good dental hygiene

� Smoothing and polishing metal restorations

� Fluoride administration and sealant applications

� Administering local anesthetic

� Removing stains and plaque

� Placing filling materials, temporary fillings, and periodontal dressing
