Field-Based Sales Role
Compensation: Base Salary ($55,000 - $65,000) + Commission

Loyal Hygiene Services is a 45-year-old, family-owned B2B facilities services company serving Northern Virginia and the Greater Washington, D.C. area. We specialize in hygiene programs, dust control, floor care, and recurring service solutions for commercial clients.

We operate in an essential, recurring-revenue business with meaningful market share opportunity and room for growth.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, competitive Business Development Executive who knows how to hunt, open doors, and win new business.

This is not an account management role. This is a true new-business sales role for someone who is energized by prospecting, building relationships, and closing net-new commercial accounts.

If you are comfortable being in the field, generating your own pipeline, and being measured on results, this is an opportunity to join a well-established company with strong local market presence and real upside.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and close net-new B2B accounts

  • Build and manage a disciplined pipeline of opportunities

  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits

  • Sell recurring service programs to commercial decision-makers

  • Develop territory strategy and maintain strong activity levels

  • Partner with operations to ensure successful implementation of sold business

  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to market expansion

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales

  • Strong hunter mentality and comfort with cold outreach and prospecting

  • Background in Cintas, UniFirst, Vestis, ImageFIRST, Aramark, janitorial, hygiene, laundry, waste, or similar service industries strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and stay accountable to activity and results

  • Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills

  • Local to the Manassas / Northern Virginia market
