About this Position

 

What you´ll do

  • Drives development of region / country with full P&L responsibility and leads (regional) business performance review

  • Orchestrates transformation and change in region / country, implements initiatives cross-SBU, cross-BU and cross-Henkel

  • Develops short-/mid- and long-term strategies and goals and drives their implementation
  • Represents BU in regional / country / local Excoms and steering committees, coordinates interface topics with Henkel in region / country
    Aligns regional / local HR policies, cross-SBU topics for Finance, IT, Purchasing, Legal, coordinates regional / local administrative topics

  • Identifies synergies, shares best practicesand leverages scale with other countries in the region
    Supports integration of local acquisitions and divestments as well as (game changer) pilot projects

  • Leads and develops regional / local teams and talent

  • Develops strong customer relationships on regional / local level and /or international clients in alignment with global / regional Sales

  • Defines local / regional marketing activity plan in alignment with global / regional marketing
    Steers route to market and net pricing
