We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Estimator to join our growing team. In this key role, you will assess vehicle damage, calculate repair costs, communicate clearly with customers and insurance companies, and help ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong knowledge of vehicle structures, and a passion for service excellence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and assess all areas of vehicle damage requiring repair, replacement, or repainting

  • Accurately estimate labor and parts costs needed for repairs

  • Complete and submit insurance documentation to reflect repair cost estimates

  • Communicate with customers in a clear, professional, and respectful manner

  • Explain the damage, repair process, timelines, and insurance details

  • Create and input repair work orders into CollisionRight�s system

  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs and communications

Qualifications:

  • 1�3 years of experience in the collision repair industry, with a solid understanding of repair techniques and materials

  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle structures and component replacements (e.g., fenders, doors, windshields)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially when working with insurance providers and customers

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 70 pounds

  • Physical agility required for climbing, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and maneuvering around vehicles

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
