Community Supported Living Lead

Position Details





  • Hourly, Full-Time, Day shift, $17.10 an hour




  • Flexible schedule varies mostly  Monday-Friday, and on-call rotation




  • Community-based role (homes and community settings)





What You’ll Do





  • Support adults with disabilities in daily living and community integration




  • Assist with personal care, meals, household tasks, and skill-building




  • Promote health, safety, and independence




  • Support medical appointments and medication coordination




  • Complete accurate documentation and case notes




  • Serve as an advocate and role model




  • Provide guidance and supervision to staff as needed





Qualifications



Required:





  • High school diploma or equivalent




  • At least 18 years of age




  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance




  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test (provided)




  • Flexible availability including weekends/holidays




  • Basic computer skills





Preferred:





  • Degree in a related field




  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
