POSITION INFORMATION
As a Member Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, efficient and courteous service, processing accurate teller transactions. You will cross-sell credit union products and services in alignment with members' financial needs and our strategic goals.
Work Schedule - Rotating
Mon-Fri, available to work 7:45am for earliest shift; until 6:15pm on latest shift, and every other Saturday from 9am-12pm.

What You Will Do:
Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Education and Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required.
Prior cash-handling experience preferred.
