Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

*  Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of launcher systems, subassemblies, and components in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and process documents.

*  Route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring harnesses and cable assemblies using aerospace-grade materials and methods (lacing, tie wraps, clamps, protective sleeving).

*  Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and harness installation drawings to ensure proper cable routing and connections

*  Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and polarity checks to verify integrity of wiring installations.

*  Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and torquing of structural components and fasteners to aerospace standards.

*  Maintain accurate assembly records and inspection documentation for traceability.

Required Qualifications:

*  High school diplomas or GED required: technical certificate or associate degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology preferred.

*  3 plus years of experience in aerospace, defense, or heavy-vehicle assembly.

*  Strong understand of wire routing, cable harness installation, and electrical integration practices.

*  Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.

*  Proficiency with hand tools, crimpers, torque wrenches, and test meters used for aerospace assembly.

*  Ability to follow detailed work instructions and complete production paperwork accurately.

*  U.S. citizenship and compliance with ITAR/EAR export control regulations required.
