Responsibilities
- Perform Inventory PO matching.
- Reconcile inventory accounts to the general ledger on a monthly basis
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory related reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory and make recommendations for the improvements of inventory management systems.
- Provide support during financial audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Proven experience as an inventory accountant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software, such as Netsuite and Sage.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
- Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
