Job Description

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of inventory control procedures and regulations, as well as a keen eye for details. This essential position plays a vital part in maintaining and managing company's inventory records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.  

Responsibilities

  • Perform Inventory PO matching.
  • Reconcile inventory accounts to the general ledger on a monthly basis
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare inventory related reports for management and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory and make recommendations for the improvements of inventory management systems.
  • Provide support during financial audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience as an inventory accountant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software, such as Netsuite and Sage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
  • Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
  • Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
