About this role
Our team is building a central GenAI Platform to empower hundreds of product teams across the organization with scalable capabilities for rapid development, validation, and deployment of AI agents. We also drive the development of the most impactful AI agents, ensuring faster delivery and greater impact across multiple domains. With over 20 agents already launched and many more in progress, our work accelerates innovation and improves outcomes in critical industries.
You'll join a 100-engineer team within a larger organization that combines the stability of an established company with the agility of a startup. In this high-autonomy, high-impact role, you'll take problems from concept to production, mentor less experienced engineers, and lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a self-service platform covering the full SDLC
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions or similar tools
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Terraform, SAM
- Integrate AWS serverless and PaaS services
- Promote best practices for cloud usage, automation, and platform reliability
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and security
- Continuously improve tooling and developer experience
Requirements
- Production experience in cloud platform engineering (AWS-focused)
- Holding one of the following certifications:
- AWS: Solutions Architect - Professional validates advanced skills in designing complex, multi-tier
- solutions and optimizing security and cost.
- Azure: Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) requires passing the Associate-level AZ-104 first. It
- focuses on enterprise-level design, including identity and governance.
- GCP: Professional Cloud Architect assesses your ability to design and manage robust, secure, and
- scalable cloud solutions. Google Cloud
- Strong Python and Bash programming skills
- Deep experience with AWS services and IaC
- CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance experience
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong troubleshooting and cross-team communication skills
- Ability to pass a live coding interview
Preferred
- Experience with large-scale, global platforms
- Familiarity with Azure
