Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for team building, guest experience, and operations? We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the daily operations of our upcoming flagship trampoline park located in the Great Mall - one of the busiest malls in Northern California.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the park including front desk, attractions, party hosting, food & beverage, and cleanliness
Recruit, train, and manage a team of 60+ part-time and full-time employees
Drive exceptional guest service, ensuring every visitor has a fun, safe, and memorable experience
Manage scheduling, labor planning, and staff performance
Oversee food & beverage operations - prior QSR or fast casual experience a plus
Monitor operational KPIs (guest satisfaction, labor cost, sales targets) and report to ownership
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and local regulations
Work closely with marketing to drive foot traffic and community engagement
🔹 Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-traffic entertainment, trampoline park, family fun center, or restaurant setting
Proven leadership in staff hiring, training, and retention
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Passionate about guest experience, youth entertainment, and team culture
Experience with POS systems, scheduling tools, and daily financial reconciliation
Bonus: Background in restaurant operations or quick service/fast casual food service
Bilingual (Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese) is a plus, but not required
