Sodexo is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join our Corporate Services food team supporting a portfolio of approximately 80 client contracts across the New York City metro area, including Northern New Jersey and Southern Connecticut. This role carries responsibility for roughly 151 managers and 800 frontline employees across a mixed Food and Facilities Management portfolio. What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across a multi-site portfolio spanning food service and facilities management accounts
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, driving retention and satisfaction across a diverse range of industries
  • Lead, develop, and engage a large management team, fostering high morale and performance at all levels
  • Leverage data analytics and technology to identify operational trends, surface improvement opportunities, and present insights to clients
  • Partner with onsite management teams to ensure consistent execution of service standards and financial targets
  • Operate with agility across varying client environments, adapting communication and approach to each client's style and needs

What You Bring

  • Proven track record as a Vice President of Operations or senior multi-unit operations leader in food service, facilities management, or a related contract services environment
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and subsidy account structures
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into compelling client narratives
  • Experience managing large, diverse teams and maintaining high employee engagement across multiple locations
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and comfort with technology platforms
  • Experience with global portfolios or global client environments is a plus
