Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Representative to support our local business units and drive people-related initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with local and international senior leadership to shape our HR strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR-related matters, providing strategic guidance and operational support
- Provide hands-on local HR support to employees and managers on-site in Germany, ensuring accessible guidance on day-to-day HR matters, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining a visible HR presence
- Partner with international business units to understand workforce needs and develop tailored HR solutions
- Lead initiatives in talent development, succession planning, performance management and other projects
- Support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of global projects and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with the local and global HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices, policies, and frameworks
- Drive employee engagement strategies and foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion
- Coach and mentor managers on leadership, performance, and employee relations topics
- Work closely with the Works Council (Betriebsrat) in Germany, ensuring constructive cooperation and compliance with co-determination requirements, including consultations, negotiations, and agreement development
- Handle essential HR administration tasks, including data updates in HR systems, and the accurate documentation of employee-related processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering in an international context
- Strong understanding of global HR practices, labor regulations, and cultural dynamics
- Proven track record in leading strategic HR initiatives and influencing senior leadership
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate complexity, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively across borders
- Fluent in German and English
