The Opportunity:

Brightway Insurance is hiring an On-Site Bilingual P&C Insurance Agent to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is a dynamic, sales-focused role where you�ll build strong community partnerships, drive business growth, and provide exceptional customer service. You�ll assess clients� insurance needs and recommend tailored policy solutions that fit their unique situations. This position offers a strong foundation for long-term career growth and is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the insurance industry. The ability to speak fluent Spanish is a must for this role. *This is an on-site opportunity- candidate need to live in or near San Antonio and be able to report to the office Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities:

� Market in the local community, realtors, business groups and build relationships

� Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients

� Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

� Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations

� Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients

� Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork

� Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently

� Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

� Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual- Fluent Spanish

• Must currently reside in or near San Antonio, TX

• Must have 1-2 years Sales Experience

• Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales or people facing roles

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

� Hold an active TX General Lines Agent License

� 1-2 years Home and Auto Insurance Sales Experience

� 1-2 years Outside Sales/Marketing Experience

Compensation: Guaranteed Base, plus Commission

� Base Salary: $30-35K annually, PLUS commission (*Base salary determined by years of experience, education and certifications.)

� Average 1st year total earnings range from $50K-$65K through a combination of guaranteed base salary, plus commission.

� Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $65-75K+
