Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Maintain a presentable and tidy front desk at all times

  • Handle phone calls, mails and answer guests enquiries

  • Welcome and greet all guests and inform relevant parties

  • Manage and maintain stationeries and pantry supplies.

  • Sort and distribute all daily incoming and outgoing mails

  • Perform any other tasks or carry out any other duties as the account manager, lawyers or accountants may require from time to time.

Requirements

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above with at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferred

  • Positive, organized, polite and self-initiative

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and Chinese word processing

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

Other information

  • 6 months contract role
  • Working location: Sheung Wan
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
