Essential Responsibilities

Maintain a presentable and tidy front desk at all times

Handle phone calls, mails and answer guests enquiries

Welcome and greet all guests and inform relevant parties

Manage and maintain stationeries and pantry supplies.

Sort and distribute all daily incoming and outgoing mails
-
Perform any other tasks or carry out any other duties as the account manager, lawyers or accountants may require from time to time.
Requirements
-
HKCEE/HKDSE or above with at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferred

Positive, organized, polite and self-initiative

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and Chinese word processing

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

- 6 months contract role
- Working location: Sheung Wan
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
