We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Personal Banker - Outbound to lead business development efforts at the branch level. The role involves acquiring new customers and driving sales of retail liabilities and third-party products. The ideal candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while achieving business targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve business objectives for retail liabilities sales at the branch, meeting value, volume, and productivity metrics.
- Generate revenue through the sale of CASA, cross-sell products, and third-party offerings like insurance.
- Source high-value CASA customers and build comprehensive family banking relationships.
- Acquire new-to-bank customers through personal efforts and acquisition channels.
- Contact a minimum of 20 customers daily and meet at least 4 customers/prospects per day.
- Upgrade customers from lower product categories to premium offerings.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
