You will play an important role in helping our wholesale parts operation run smoothly by accurately processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the parts department.

What You'll Do

• Enter and process wholesale parts orders in the dealership management system

• Verify part numbers, pricing, and availability

• Maintain accurate inventory and order records

• Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and documentation

• Communicate with the parts team regarding backorders or order discrepancies

• Maintain organized digital and physical records

• Support the wholesale parts department with general administrative tasks
