In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of community associations, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. Salary is $65,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the community, including maintenance and landscaping.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage budgeting processes, prepare financial reports, and monitor community expenditures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and improvement projects.
  • Organize and facilitate board meetings, community events, and activities to engage residents.
  • Enforce community rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Prepare annual reports and presentations for the board of directors.
