We're hiring a Senior Digital Analyst to collaborate with product colleagues and deliver insightful analytics that support and grow digital partnerships. This role is focused on turning digital and commercial data into actionable insights, from journey analysis and funnel diagnostics through to storytelling and visualisation that brings channel performance to life in one place.
As a senior individual contributor, you will work closely with product and implementation teams to strengthen digital measurement, uncover opportunities to improve user experience, and help stakeholders make better decisions through clear, compelling insights.
Please note: this role operates in a hybrid model with candidates expected to be able and willing to work from our customer's central London office once per week.
Required Experience:
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst or Digital Analyst, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and clear recommendations
- Proficient in SQL - comfortable writing queries from scratch across structured and semi-structured data
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, Looker or similar
- Strong ability to analyse digital journeys, identify conversion behaviours, and surface optimisation opportunities
- Proven collaborator with product reams in multi-disciplinary environments
- Excellent storyteller - able to communicate complex findings through compelling visualisation tailored to stakeholder needs
- Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced environments with a customer-centric, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to influence stakeholders and constructively challenge requirements and assumptions
- Solid understanding of experimentation best practices, statistical significance and CRO principles
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Analyse KPIs and digital performance trends to support ongoing decision-making across digital products and partnerships
- Conduct journey analytics to understand how customers use digital products and identify behaviours linked to conversion outcomes
- Investigate user funnels to identify friction points, leakage, and opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial performance
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that help stakeholders prioritise improvements and take informed action
- Build and evolve dashboards and reporting that bring digital and commercial performance together in a clear and accessible way
- Develop self-serve reporting capabilities that empower stakeholders to answer business-as-usual questions independently
- Work with product and implementation teams to enrich event tracking and improve the quality and usefulness of digital data models
- Ensure tracking approaches support both current stakeholder needs and future analytical requirements
- Support the development of experimentation practices by advising on hypotheses, setup, test monitoring and post-test analysis
- Feed analytical findings back into the experimentation cycle to help improve future product and optimisation decisions
- Partner with cross functional teams to translate business questions into analytical outputs that are practical, relevant and easy to act on
- Use story telling and visualisation to communicate complex findings in a way that drives alignment and action
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working with digital product analytics in travel, aviation, loyalty or similar customer-facing environments
- Familiarity with commercial and channel performance analysis
- Exposure to developing analytics approaches that support growing digital platforms and evolving stakeholder needs
- Experience enabling reporting maturity within organisations by improving access to trusted, decision-ready insights
