About the opportunity

We are seeking a Learning Operations Analyst to join the Global Customer Office (GCO) Enablement & Onboarding team. This role is responsible for executing and continuously improving onboarding and enablement operations across our global GCO organization.

Working in close partnership with the Program Managers, you will bring onboarding and enablement programs to life—ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for learners and their managers from pre-start through early tenure, as well as across ongoing enablement initiatives.

 

You will own the coordination, systems, and day-to-day execution of onboarding programs, ensuring they are delivered consistently at scale while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, experience, and operational effectiveness.

What you’ll get to do

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and enablement programs for GCO audiences globally, including program execution (e.g., peer coaching), ensuring a seamless experience from pre-start through early tenure and across ongoing enablement initiatives
  • Manage program logistics, including session scheduling, facilitator coordination, and learner communications across multiple time zones
  • Administer learning systems (e.g., LMS), including course and learning plan enrollments and learning-related reporting across onboarding and enablement offerings
  • Support onboarding communications through proactive outreach to hiring managers and new hires, ensuring clarity, engagement, and a high-quality experience throughout the onboarding journey
  • Monitor onboarding progress and track key metrics (e.g., completion, participation, new hire readiness), providing visibility and insights to support continuous improvement
  • Partner with Program Managers, Instructional Designers, and stakeholders to execute onboarding programs as designed, ensuring consistency and quality in delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and coordination, and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and learner experience
  • Act as a first point of contact for learning-related inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and high-quality support to learners and managers
  • Support global onboarding delivery by coordinating across regions and time zones, partnering with team members to ensure coverage
  • Complete all administrative tasks, including required training, time tracking, system updates, reporting, and communications, accurately and on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Dayforce goals and objectives

Skills and experience we value

  • 3+ years of experience in learning operations, onboarding coordination, program coordination, or a similar role in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Experience supporting high-volume coordination or program delivery with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Hands-on experience working with LMS systems or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is an asset
  • Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Detail oriented with strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset

 

What Would Make You Really Stand Out

  • Experience supporting onboarding or enablement programs in a global organization
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and automation tools such as Power Automate, ChatGPT, or similar technologies
  • Experience supporting reporting tied to performance, readiness, or productivity metrics
