What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or engineering roles.
Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware), storage, backup, and networking.
Good understanding of infrastructure security, patching, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to work under pressure, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and provide after‑hours or on‑call support when required.
