- Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
- Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA and other related tools
- Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable
- Knowledge in the use of different machines, tools and labor to manufacture products, and in the general process of transforming raw materials into finished goods
- Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures.
- Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
- Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
- Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements
