Responsibilities
Design, prototype & launch AI-powered products that solve real user problems
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to take features from idea to production
Stay on top of research and identify opportunities to ship magic to users
Keep systems fast, reliable, and resilient under real-world usage
Required Qualifications
3+ years building products that people love
Experience working on zero-to-one product initiatives in ambiguous environments
Comfortable working full stack
Strong sense of product taste
Outstanding communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
A passion for AI
Experience working with Python
Strong ML/LLM knowledge
Experience with evals
Degree in CS, ML, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience)
