Performs complex psychological assessment work.  Work involves conducting diagnostic assessments – Determination of Intellectual Disability. Work involves conducting assessments using tests such as GARS-3, Vineland 3, WAIS-5, Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test.  One year of supervised experience in assessing intellectual and adaptive behavior for individuals with an ID and Developmental disability

Works under the direct supervision of the IDD manager with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Examples of work performed:

• Conducts diagnostic assessments – Determination of Intellectual Disability
• Complete a written report and provide written report to individual or individual’s LAR
• May endorse an existing DID report or a diagnostic assessment.

Performs related work as assigned.
