Job Description

Now Hiring: Full-Time Dental Hygienist (4 Days/Week)
Location: Malone, NY
Pay: $60-$65/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Flexible Days

We're seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and energetic Dental Hygienist to join our growing team full-time. If you love working with children and want to make a lasting difference in their oral health and confidence, we'd love to meet you!

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $60-$65/hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule

Full-Time - open to adding more days if desired

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible scheduling available)

Your Role

As a valued member of our hygiene team, you'll:

  • Provide gentle, thorough cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants

  • Conduct oral health assessments and screenings

  • Educate children and parents on proper hygiene habits and preventive care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

  • Collaborate closely with our dentists, assistants, and front office staff

  • Offer occasional front desk support when needed

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene (Required)
  • Active NYS Dental Hygienist License (Required)
  • Pediatric experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!)
  • CPR Certification preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Team-oriented, positive, and reliable
  • Reliable transportation to Malone
