The Team and Role:

The Head of Turkey is the ultimate owner of Logitech’s business in the market, with full P&L responsibility and end-to-end leadership. This role sets the direction, mobilizes Commercial and Marketing teams, and seamlessly connects with Operations and Supply Chain to deliver results aligned with global strategy.

Acting as Logitech's face in the region, the Head of Turkey shapes the market presence, strengthens the brand, and unlocks growth opportunities. Through bold strategy, sharp execution, and strong leadership, the role drives revenue acceleration, profitability, and market share gains—while building an agile, high-impact local team.

Your Contribution:

Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share our passion for Equality and the Environment. These are the behaviors and values you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will:

  • Own and execute Logitech’s annual operating plan for Turkey, translating strategy into measurable results
  • Deliver sustained revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
  • Shape and deploy go-to-market strategies that balance scale, margin, and long-term brand equity
  • Partner closely with Credit and Collections to manage cash flow, credit exposure, and financial risk
  • Align with Supply Chain and Operations to deliver strong service levels while protecting margins
  • Maximize return on investment across operating expenses and commercial initiatives
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team, with strong performance management, succession planning, and talent development
  • Lead country forecasting and oversee distribution and channel inventory to optimize availability and financial performance
  • Act as Logitech’s representative with distributors, key partners, and external stakeholders, strengthening market presence
  • Optimize channel mix to unlock growth and improve overall business performance

Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong blend of commercial leadership, market expertise, and people impact:

  • Proven years of leadership experience across commercial, business development, and marketing roles within consumer and retail environments, ideally with exposure to B2B/business solutions
  • Solid experience working in Turkey, with deep understanding of local retail, distribution, and market dynamics
  • Proven track record of managing key partners and leading strategic account planning
  • Demonstrated success in developing and scaling online channels
  • Strong leadership capability, with a history of building, engaging, and elevating high-performing teams
  • Ability to navigate and deliver results within complex, cross-functional matrix organizations
  • Sharp negotiation, planning, and forecasting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Turkish and English
  • Proven ownership of P&L, with strong financial and commercial acumen
  • High strategic agility, with the ability to lead change and adapt in dynamic market conditions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
