Job Description

Position Description:



 



The Recovery Residence Supervisor is responsible for the development and management of the recovery residence division of Pathway Society.  Core areas of oversight include: facility and operations, purchasing, staff training, client placement oversight and logistics scheduling.



 



Primary Responsibilities



 




  • Supervise and provide coaching and corrective action feedback for house managers

  • With support of human resources, interview house manager candidates and make referrals for staff hiring and termination

  • Responsible for overseeing purchases and daily operations of each residence

  • Responsible for maintaining, updating and disseminating all policy and procedure updates

  • Conduct site visits of all properties, monitoring physical condition and needs assessment

  • Facilitate staff meetings, provide staff training, and disseminate updates and changes in a timely and efficient manner

  • Perform database entries and prepare statistical reports as needed

  • Responsible for collection of client fees from House Managers

  • Perform other tasks as identified by Executive Director



 



Qualifications



 




  • The supervisor will possess skills and expertise in staff management and development as demonstrated through educational achievement and work experience

  • Experience managing a team of at least 10 employees

  • Provide direct supervision of all operations staff regarding client admissions, care coordination, transfers and logistics, facility safety and facility inspections per statues and regulations

  • Ensure proper documentation (policies, confidentiality, facility licenses) and coherency of all operational activities in accordance with applicable regulations and agency policies and procedures

  • Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and be flexible

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, email, calendaring and general use of a computer

  • Must be available for phone support/on call during weekends and evenings

  • Promote goals and objectives that ensure staff and client safety while modeling a professional presence

  • Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification, annual TB test, and complete annual required trainings

  • Must pass comprehensive background check, reference check, and possess a valid driver license, current auto liability insurance and a clean driving record
