What You’ll Do

As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one care that allows seniors to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support)

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Medication reminders

  • Meal preparation

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)

  • Observing and reporting changes in condition

  • Following individualized care plans

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and professional communication

You’ll build real relationships with your clients — becoming someone they trust and look forward to seeing.

Caregivers can expect to work between 8–40 hours per week, with availability on weekends and holidays required.


What We’re Looking For

  • Active Maryland CNA, GNA, or HHA certification (required)

  • At least 1 year of caregiving experience

  • Ability to provide two professional references

  • Current CPR certification

  • Negative TB test

  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (with original documentation)

  • Professional, compassionate, and reliable attitude
