Finance Manager – Luxury Store | Audi
$193K–$260K+ | High-End Clientele | Strong Deal Flow

Larson Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Finance Manager for Audi Tacoma to support a high-performing sales team and deliver a premium client experience while driving strong backend results.


This is a production-focused role in a luxury environment—ideal for a finance professional who can balance performance with a polished, client-first approach.

  

What You Can Expect

  • Earnings: $193,000 – $260,000 annually (based on current performance) 
  • Pay Plan: 
    • 16% of backend gross 
    • Up to 6% additional backend bonus 
  • Demo Vehicle Provided 
  • Established Lender Network + Deal Flow 
  • High-End Client Base 

  Your Role

  • Structure and close finance deals efficiently 
  • Present F&I products in a professional, consultative manner 
  • Maximize backend while maintaining a premium customer experience 
  • Work closely with sales managers to move deals quickly and cleanly 
  • Maintain lender relationships and secure approvals 
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and funding efficiency

Requirements

 

  • 2-3 years in the retail automotive industry 
  • Minimum of 1 year finance manager experience with proven track record 
  • Strong Negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends 
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product offerings. 
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships 
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance 
  • Background check, reference check, and drug screen required
