Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our fast-paced team, dedicated to managing and executing retail activation and implementation projects for a rapidly growing technology and appliance producer.

In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our client engagements, overseeing a diverse range of tasks from in-store campaigns to full-scale new store implementations. Your ability to adapt swiftly to changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.

 This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients
  • Ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and timelines
  • Take detailed briefs from our client in conjunction with your Account Manager
  • Project manage campaigns and implementations from briefing to delivery
  • Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge
  • Quickly respond to changes and challenges, maintaining a flexible and proactive approach
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
  • Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global’s services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with services that complement their goals
  • Implement new methods and procedures as required
  • Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
  • Work with Account Director and Account Manager(s) to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers
  • Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies
  • Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action to continually exceed expectations
  • Budget responsibility for campaigns

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Account / Project Management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Experience of managing marketing campaigns for in-store activation
  • Experience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
  • Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/fixture solutions is preferred
  • Fantastic skills at developing relationships in an organic fashion
  • A great project/program manager, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Able to prioritize your workload in a high energy environment
  • Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure
  • Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings
  • Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and Google Apps is preferred but not essential
  • Great excel skills
