Position: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-on-one with children using engaging, evidence-based strategies to build communication, daily living, and social skills while supporting families every step of the way.

Position Overview


  • Full-time, part-time, and 1099 positions available
  • Evening and weekend opportunities
  • In-field role (services provided in homes, schools, and community settings)
  • Travel required throughout the Philadelphia area
  • One-on-one sessions with young children


Responsibilities


  • Implement individualized behavior support plans developed by the BCBA
  • Use evidence-based, play-based strategies to teach positive behaviors
  • Support social, emotional, and behavioral development
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members
  • Help children build communication, coping, and daily living skills


Requirements


  • High school diploma required
  • RBT certification (40-hour training) or willingness to complete certification
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
  • Passion for supporting children and families
