What Does This Opportunity Mean for You



  • Management of all customer-related activities, handling employees’ immediate grievances and taking accountability of the branch and its functions.

  • Lead, motivate and improve the performance of the branch management team and ensure the achievement of goals and targets.

  • Maintain, manage, and monitor all customer-related operational issues.

  • Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues.

  • Ensure coordination between sales, marketing, accounts, and administrative departments.

  • Continual assessment, development, and implementation of areas of improvement within the team, with our service levels and with processes in consultation with the management.


 


Skills and Attributes Required



  • A Master of Business Administration Degree from a Top University School Overseas will be advantageous

  • 3-5 years of experience working in an Operational or Customer Experience role with a strong focus on the International Education industry, A-Class Bank, or renowned insurance companies.

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal

  • Demonstrated team player

  • Experience in using Customer Relationship Management platforms
